Chiefs’ Home Tennis Courts

Since the 2016 season the Chiefs' Women's and Men's Tennis teams have practiced and played their home matches at the Washington Park Tennis Complex on Aurora’s far west side. The site features nine outdoor courts with wind breaks on three sides, spectator seating along the east side, and ample parking. Chiefs’ tennis players can also go indoors at the Fox Valley Park District’s Vaughn Center or Waubonsee’s Field House when inclement weather makes that necessary.

However, the reconstruction of Waubonsee’s on campus tennis courts are well under way with completion expected by late 2025. The Chiefs ‘new’ tennis complex on the north side of the Sugar Grove campus will feature six regulation tennis courts and six pickleball courts as well. There will be a picnic area with seating for spectators between the courts, along with an adjacent building with restrooms and storage for the team’s equipment.
